Our customers are at the centre of attention, so the most important task is to support our users in the efficient handling of our programs after a thorough incorporation into our tools in the team of the department/customer support. You will process support requests for our software products by phone, e-mail and team-viewer and help with advice and action. In addition, depending on the interest, you have a variety of possibilities to not only accompany the quality assurance and further development of our accounting systems, but to actively shape them. For example, you can prepare technical topics, new ideas or legal requirements for software development and introduce them into projects. Personal contact with our users is a matter of heart for us! Therefore we offer regular training for our programs online or on site. We are also represented at trade fairs so that you get the chance to communicate directly with our users if you want to.

You have a successfully completed vocational training as a tax specialist and have experience in dealing with programs in the tax industry. Through your activity in a tax office, you are regularly used to dealing with various clients. In addition to your professional knowledge, you should enjoy customer contact. Ideally, you can easily and understand complex tax issues. With your consulting skills and your friendly appearance, you can clearly convey our program contents.
