One of these tasks is the contract management of the land purchase contracts. It starts after the purchase agreements have been made. The range of purchase contracts is diverse and ranges from green meadows to residential and commercial real estate to large former military properties. The design of the land purchase contracts is correspondingly diverse. Here you come into play: you ensure compliance with the rights and obligations arising from the land purchase contracts for the BImA and the contractors. To this end, you will examine any claims, assert or refuse them under legal terms. Our goal is to find equally legally compliant and equitable solutions. Here you need your support in our team.

You check and evaluate the purchase contract contents relevant to the contract management. They specialize in the field of legal dispute in cases of waste, waste and combatant problems. They assert or examine contractual rights and fulfil them. They secure the interests of the BImA. They refuse unauthorized claims. You are working on MEPs' requests, petitions, and are involved in press matters. You will receive an accompanying and comprehensive incorporation into your area of responsibility. For this purpose, you will work and hospite for a limited period in one of our downstream departments in Dortmund, Rostock or Magdeburg.
