Tasks:

• Processing time recording
• Document creation
• Organization of appointments
• Support for data management and maintenance
• Coordination of deliveries and orders

Requirements:

• completed training in the commercial sector or comparable qualification
• First experience in the office sector is desirable
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good knowledge of Iskus Zeus (time recording)
• Organisational capacity and independent working
• Team spirit and communication strength
