Supplier Quality Manager

In this role, you make sure that all the raw materials used in the Halberstadt production plant meet the defined quality requirements. You build supplier diversity management processes and implement them consistently. Together with our suppliers, you are responsible for defining and maintaining specifications and quality agreements. Analyze and process complaints, carry out Cause Analysis and advance sustainable action. Your tasks include planning, conducting and tracking supplier audits and identifying and discarding quality risks in the supply chain. In addition, you ensure compliance with legal regulations and provide important certifications. With your work, you create transparency about the performance of our suppliers in terms of materials, products and processes. This way you will strengthen our entire value chain. In addition to these core tasks, you can support the team in customer complaints, perform quality assurance checks on a point-by-point basis and become a contact person for technical questions. SIGA in Halberstadt After Ruswil and Schachen (CH), our third production site is being built in Halberstadt (DE). This will strengthen our presence in our main market in Germany and create around 70 new jobs. Here we lay the foundation for even shorter delivery routes, more security of supply and a close exchange with our partners on site. Located next to the new SIGA plant in Halberstadt, hydroWEB, which has been part of our group since 2023, and produces high-quality nonwovens.
