Technical planning and implementation of measures for site and building development with a focus on building, static and infrastructure topics Further development of demand and concept planning to implementable solutions for new, re- and extension structures Concrete building, area and infrastructure requirements in close coordination with internal users Technical support for the implementation phase of construction and reconstruction measures and support in the evaluation of technical solutions Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and guidelines Participation in tendering, awarding and approval processes from a technical perspective Support for maintenance, modernisation and retrofit measures in operation Preparation and monitoring of commissioning as well as transfer to operation Close technical coordination with the construction department and adjacent departments Participation in the assessment of cost and timing effects of structural decisions Contribution to the sustainable and functional development of the sites

Complete studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification Good knowledge of construction planning, statics and building technology Experience in project management, ideally in industrial or commercial environment Confidence with relevant standards and regulations in construction Analytical thinkability and a structured and independent way of working Willingness to take responsibility and actively promote issues Target-oriented approach and sustainability in the implementation of projects Communication strength and a good sense in dealing with different contact persons Ability to keep an overview even in more demanding situations and to act solution-oriented Ideally experience with lean methods as well as with CAD/BIM and project management tools Teamability and good English skills in word and writing
