Tasks: Front Office Agent (m/w/d) A warm welcome and professional care of guests throughout the stay Check-in and check-out including room allocation and key management Acceptance and processing of reservations (telephone, email and booking systems) Advice to guests on hotel offers, additional services and local attractions and activities Treatment of guest wishes, complaints and complaints with the aim of highest guest satisfaction Cash management as well as preparation and billing of guest accounts Maintenance and management of guest data in the Property Management System (PMS) Coordination and close cooperation with other departments such as housekeeping, technology and gastronomy Ensuring a smooth run at the reception area Compliance with quality standards and internal guidelines of the hotel Takeover of administrative tasks (e.g. correspondence, storage, statistics)
