Project management. You are responsible for complex transformation projects and accompany entire organizations or individual organizational units in their individual needs. This will guide you to develop and implement comprehensive consulting projects in the public sector with a focus on organisational development. Analysis of organizations. In doing so, you conduct organizational diagnoses, identify change potentials and challenges in cooperation with relevant stakeholders:involve suitable strategies. Adaptation of the organisation of the structure and the process. The analysis and optimization of construction, processes and service orientation in public administration is in excellent hands. Strategy development. You advise and accompany organizations to strategically align them with the future. Business Development. You acquire new projects and run Key Accounts. As a senior manager, you are also responsible for the business development as well as the management of pitches, thereby shaping the growth of your area and the entire organization very actively.

Relevant professional experience. You have at least five years of experience in the implementation and management of change and organisational development projects, ideally in the context of public administrations or in the corporate environment. Analytical skills. You bring excellent analytical skills to identify resistances, risks and opportunities related to changes and organisational development processes. Flexibility. You are characterized by high flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements and priorities. Project management. Your well-founded experience in agile and classic project management (e.g. lead of a PMO) completes your qualifications. Ideally, certifications highlight your experience and qualification, such as PRINCE2, IPMA C or D, SAFe, BPMN, etc. Technological interest. You are interested in technological trends (e.g. AI) and their impact on and usability in the public sector. Ready to travel. You bring the willingness to regular missions.
