As a team leaderin you take on the technical and personnel management and development for currently 7 employees in close coordination with the department manager You represent the interests of the owner in the real estate and are responsible for optimizing current costs, you create business plans and portfolio reports The entire subject of rental, including rental calculation, cost-effectiveness calculations, rental contract negotiations and completion of the rental contract is an integral part of the task area Implementation of valuations, the establishment of lease-promoting, investive measures and the coordination of maintenance and modernisation with the technical field of asset management are further important topics You conclude and end management, service and supply contracts and control the optimization of additional costs In addition, you control land acquisitions and returns, you cooperate in the purchase audit and sales negotiations and create investment templates for purchases and sales, new real estate implement in the management inventory Furthermore, you conduct and control the operational topics of the Framework Service Agreement, perform coordination with rental partners of the FHH (ISZ) and users and thereby contribute significantly to their implementation
