You bring about You control the successful execution of non-sustainable credit commitments – within and outside of insolvency proceedings. You develop and implement sustainable settlement concepts, including security utilization. You set up forced auction and forced management procedures. You accompany and control auction dates for the optimal utilization of collateral. You ensure professional evaluation, monitoring and management of collateral. You ensure compliance with requirements and quality standards. You ensure a right-safe and efficient attachment processing. You ensure the implementation of supervisory requirements in dealing with non-performing credit commitments. You represent the interests of the bank in negotiations with customers, lawyers and external consultants. As a highly qualified specialist (m/w/d), you are coordinating the team's credit evaluation.

This will bring you Your completed bank training with further, business and economic qualifications. Applicable legal knowledge, ideally as a Bachelor/Master of Laws or Legal Career (m/w/d). Very good knowledge of legal regulations in credit business, in particular in the field of insolvency law, corporate remediation, credit processing and recycling. Ideally, experience in the refurbishment and settlement of credit commitments in a bank. Communication strength, negotiation skills, decision-making and enforcement capacity.
