Customer Service Clerk (m/f/d)

Administration & Support: You enter the entire customer life cycle – from the order check and contract installation to platform unlocking, to the accounting and processing of terminations. Accounting & Review The creation of manual invoices as well as the controlled examination of the monthly invoice also falls within your responsibility.

Customer support: You enter our customers in writing and by phone and process in-depth inquiries about mail, email and hotline.

Customer processes in the CRM system You will follow customer operations in the CRM system and ensure efficient and smooth customer support.

Projects & Payment Management The monitoring of payment inputs, the coordination with accounting as well as the support for internal special projects also counts among your routed tasks.

You bring experience in customer service and administrative activities A friendly, service-oriented appearance and pleasure in communicating with customers and colleagues is your flagship You score with a quick understanding and understanding of different contracts and product variants A structured, independent and targeted way of working is the A&O for you You are a team-oriented personality with interest in digital processes & have a safe handling of CRM and Office applications
