Video Content Producer & Project Manager (m/f/d)

Conception & production of video content:You are responsible for digital video projects for adesso – from the first idea to the conception to publication on our channels (website, social media, events, etc.). You will have a look at target groups, brand appearance and campaign targets and make our IT topics experienceable in the moving picture – from short clip to story. Make Visual Storytelling & Brand Experienceable: You develop formats and scripts, implement our corporate design specifications and translate brand messages into strong visual concepts. If necessary, you will control external service providers and ensure consistent image language and tonality across all channels. Use of modern tools & AI:You use modern AI and production tools for ideation, script creation, asset generation as well as optimization of cutting and production processes and thus increase the efficiency and quality of our content. Project control & coordination: You plan and control video projects independently – including timings, resources, budget frameworks and coordination with specialist areas and stakeholders – and keeps track of parallel projects. Channel & Content Layout:Together with colleagues in the marketing and communication area, you will ensure that video content is optimally played channel- and format-specific along our content strategy.

DEIN PROFIL Technical background in motion picture: You have a degree or training in media production, film, digital media, communication, marketing, etc., and brings several years of experience in the planning and implementation of video projects – ideally in the B2B corporate or corresponding agency environment. Strong production & tool competence: You master common cutting and motion tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or comparable software) and know the requirements of different platforms (formats, lengths, thumbnails, subtitles etc.). Conception & Storytelling: You translate complex IT and business topics into understandable, attractive video tories and have a good sense of dramaturgy, visual language and audiences – in line with our adesso brand and content strategy. You communicate clearly and valuefully with stakeholders, agencies and service providers and want to sharpen our brand in the moving picture. Structured project work: You work independently, organize and service-oriented, can control several projects in parallel and are safe in coordination with internal contractors:inside and service providers. KI competence: You are curious about Artificial Intelligence, you are happy to test AI tools for content production and introduce ideas on how to further develop our video content – without endangering quality, brand or rights. Language knowledge: Very good German and good English skills
