Set up, equip and optimise (product-like) production facilities to ensure maximum efficiency, quality and plant availability Monitoring and control of production processes under quality and cost aspects (e.g. waste and set-up time reduction) Maintenance, maintenance and minor repair work for troubleshooting and avoidance of standstills Active cooperation in continuous improvement processes (CVP) to optimize processes, productivity and process stability Ensuring compliance and reporting in case of deviation of safety, hygiene and quality standards in close coordination with shift and machine operators Operation of the computer system (SAP) for recording the operating data and documentation of the production

Successfully completed (technical) vocational training First experience in the operation and monitoring of production plants Good technical understanding Teamability, reliability and flexibility Knowledge of German in Word and Writing (B2) Ready to work in a 3-layer system and in stressful times
