Leadership, development and motivation of executives and employees to promote customer-, performance- and innovation-oriented corporate culture and to accompany change processes Strategic further development of the Heat Business Unit with responsibility for the expansion of the Heat Solutions Business Unit, the implementation of the corporate strategy and the development of new growth and business potential Responsibility for acquisition, development and implementation of sustainable heat supply concepts, in particular in the fields of heat networks, quarter solutions, object supply and municipal heat planning Generally responsible management of operating business including responsibility for earnings, budget and cost, as well as ensuring economic and sustainable business development Establishment, maintenance and further development of strategic customer and partner relationships as well as active positioning of the company in relevant municipal, political and energy networks Development and implementation of sales and market strategies including the development of new business models and the expansion of sales structures within the group of companies Ensuring a sustainable organisation and processes through market and competition analyses, continuous optimization of the value chain, use of current technologies and strategic business planning under changing regulatory and political frameworks

Successfully completed master's degree in the field of economic engineering, energy technology, renewable energies, environmental and utility technology, civil engineering or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional and leadership experience in leadership, ideally in the energy industry or a market and customer-oriented environment with responsibility for earnings Expertise in heat supply and energy management and experience in strategic development, planning and implementation of complex heat and infrastructure projects Detectable successes in sales and business development, in particular in the acquisition, development and realization of technology-driven products, services and innovative energy solutions Representative competences in project and stakeholder management as well as experience in the planning of energy systems, in the safe handling of customers, municipalities, policy-makers and other relevant partners Entrepreneurial thinking and convincing leaders with a high self-initiative, strong communication strength, willingness to design, performance orientation as well as consistent service and customer orientation
