Tasks & Responsibility: It's waiting for you In this position, you support the complaint management/complaint management team at the central work organisation as well as in various process topics. You take responsibility by assessing your own complaints professionally and in terms of content and by taxing and prioritizing within the team. As an important team member, you collect and categorize complex facts and create corresponding documentation. It is up to you to learn the application of banking knowledge and legal bases to actively and across areas with this knowledge in case management.

Expertise & Soft Skills: This brings you You are currently in a enrolled study in an economic or professional field. Ideally, you can already provide first practical experience in a student activity with a focus on complaint management. You sign up as a team player, trade reliably and analytically and don't be afraid of conflicts. You can judge and find solutions to conflicts of interest – like in coordination with the team.
