IT Operations Engineer (m/f/d)

You analyze existing IT systems and identify technical dependencies, risks as well as optimization and further development potentials. In doing so, you implement technical requirements from NIS2, KRITIS and B3S, in particular with regard to the specific requirements of statutory health insurance, and take over the associated documentation and demonstration. You plan, integrate and develop systems, networks and server and cloud infrastructures. As part of mergers and integration projects, you will accompany technical migrations, data acquisitions, interface harmonisation and the consolidation of IT infrastructures. By implementing technical security measures, you contribute to the stabilization and continuous improvement of the IT operation. You take over monitoring, error analysis and sustainable problem solutions in complex IT environments. In addition, create and maintain technical documentation for audits, audits and ISMS processes. You work closely with the Information Security Officer, IT Security, departments and external service providers. You support the implementation of regulatory, organisational and technical requirements and actively contribute to the further development of our IT processes.

You have completed IT training, e.g. as a specialist in system integration (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), or a comparable qualification and ideally bring well-founded practical experience in IT infrastructures. In dealing with server and network environments, virtualization, storage and backup, you are safe and have good knowledge in Windows and ideally Linux systems. Knowledge of ITSM processes and experience with monitoring, patching and operating tools are desirable. You work structured, reliable and solution-oriented, communicate clearly and take responsibility for a stable, secure and well documented IT operation. Experiences in the areas of rollout, infrastructure modernisation or service provider control are advantageous. You have a service, quality and cost-conscious action.
