As a working student (w/m/d) in the field of e-learning/instructional design, you support our team in designing and developing the digital learning offering of the IONOS Group. You gain valuable practical experience in the mediendidactic preparation of content and help create effective learning experiences for employees and managers. Support in the design and production of e-learning modules for employees and managers (e.g. compliance, HR, tools, processes, customer care). Working with the mediendidactic preparation of content and creation of storyboards as well as prototypes. Assistance in the production of digital learning media (e.g. creation of interactive elements, creation/cut of smaller videos and graphics while maintaining the design system). Support for the maintenance and administration of the Learning Experience Platform (LXP) and the Learning Management System (LMS), e.g. uploading courses and content care. Participation in the evaluation, feedback collection and quality assurance of learning offers. Research and testing of innovative AI and automation tools to optimize the creation process of learning content. Qualifications Immatrikulation in the study programme Media and Education Management, Media Education, Media Education, Education, Business Education, Instructional Design, Communication Design or a comparable subject area. First theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the field of e-learning, instructional design or digital media production. Interest and first experience with author and graphic tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Vyond, Camtasia or popular video editing tools). Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing; Ability to convey complex content in a targeted and clear manner. Structured, independent operation and service orientation. Enthusiasm for the further development of learning cultures and digital learning processes. First insights into topics such as digital accessibility or corporate design are of advantage. You are at least in the 2nd semester of your studies and are interested in a longer-term job as part of your studies. Working hours: 20 hours per week during the lecture period with the possibility to increase to up to 40 hours per week during the semester holidays.
