• Ideally, you already have professional experience in working with people with disabilities
• You bring a very high level of empathy, empathy and joy in dealing with people, and it is always a need to help them and to promote and demand them

Your tasks

• Depending on the application, care and lifestyle of people with high support needs in disabled care facilities or you are employed in facilities with children (e.g. OGS or Kita)
• You offer help when dressing and dressing, in food and liquid absorption and in monitoring vital functions
• Within the individual possibilities of your protégé, you are also responsible for promoting your own self-help and self-help.
• You also act as the first respondent for expert assessments and are responsible for meeting independent decisions in critical situations
• You stand in regular exchange with parents, relatives, doctor: inside and therapist: inside
• Finally, you will perform organizational and administrative work, as well as documentation of the implemented care and/or pedagogy measures
