In this key position, you assume the strategic and operational responsibility for the IT landscape of our client. The focus is not on day-to-day business alone - rather complex IT projects are at the forefront, where you act as a central driver for planning, implementation and further development. Total responsibility for the company's IT strategy and IT infrastructure Management, coordination and active participation of IT projects (e.g. ERP rollouts, digitalization of business processes, cloud migration) Control of external service providers and close cooperation with internal stakeholders Leadership and development of a small team (currently 1 employees) Ensuring smooth IT operation in cooperation with the team Identification of optimization potentials and technology-based further development of the company

Successfully completed, relevant vocational training or studies as well as several years of professional experience in IT management, ideally with project responsibility Embossed understanding of complex IT infrastructures and their further development Experience in managing projects in the IT environment, also in SME structures leadership skills and the ability to act both strategically and operationally Communication strength, hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial thinking
