Clinical Nursing Development Unit (m/f/d)

For the nursing service of the Klinikum Lippe (cross-site) we are looking for a staff office (m/w/d) for clinical care development in full time at the next possible date. You are directly assigned to the nursing director. In the Klinikum Lippe, over 1,300 nursing staff are active in a variety of fields and contribute to high-quality and safe patient care daily. The wide range of further education – including oncological expertise, palliative care, wound management, practical instructions and stoma therapy – enables a specialized care at a high level and supports professional care in all areas of the house. The Department of Clinical Care Development of the Klinikum Lippe supports, accompanies and advises professional caregivers on nursing sciences findings in nursing practice and on other practical projects with caregivers and other professional groups. Creating and updating cross-clinic and specialist care standards Implementation of national expert standards (DNQP) Further development and implementation of the care process Multi-professional cooperation with professional groups such as the medical service, therapists and quality management Development and organisation of training and workshops on current nursing practices and guidelines Evaluation of care quality by internal audits Participation in external audits of QM Development and preparation of care science topics for the nursing director Implementation of fixed and arranged improvement measures

Remuneration takes place according to TVöD with all other services of the public service. The grouping takes place in the pay group 11 TVöD.
