We bring the heat pump into German households everywhere. We work together with a strong network of regional craft partners. To ensure the quality of our projects and to raise our partners to the next level, we are looking for you as a Partner Account Manager (m/w/d) in Cologne. You are the interface between our company and the companies on site. You speak the language of craftsmanship, but you also know how to control processes and enforce standards. Onboarding: You introduce new craft partners into our processes and accompany them in the first joint projects.

Relationship Management: You are the permanent contact for our partners and conduct regular performance talks.

Enforcement strength: If the performance doesn't fit, you don't move. You are actively engaged in the exchange, requesting refurbishments and tackling the contractually agreed quality.

Process optimization: You recognize recurring sources of error and work with the partners on solutions to increase efficiency on the construction sites.

Handicraft background: If you are a skilled plant mechanic or an electronic technician or have a comparable training in the TGA sector, this is an advantage for your new role with us.

Parnter Management: You bring well-founded experience in partner management or in purchasing services and understand how to strengthen long-term partnerships through competence and reliability.

Communication talent: You can be diplomatic, but don't be afraid of plain text. You remain objective and binding in difficult conversations.

Organizational institution: You want co-ordinative tasks and work structured – a digital workplace does not scare you off.
