You can do this with us:

• Instruction and supervision of companies in maintenance, testing and maintenance work
• Regular control of the object and technology areas
• Monitoring and operation of the technical installations (e.g. heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electric)
• Follow-up and control of deficiencies
• Take preventive measures to avoid damage
• Implementation of small repairs and supervision of external service providers
• Support for maintenance and testing of technical equipment

We wish you:

• Complete technical training, e.g. electricians, plant mechanics, mechatronics, heating / ventilation / sanitary technicians (w/m/d) or comparable
• Professional experience as a home technician, service technician or in technical facility management
• Basic knowledge of building and building technology and safe handling of service providers
• Self-employed, reliable and service-oriented operation
• Willingness to participate in the call readiness service (with additional remuneration)
• Class B licence required Additional qualifications (required)
• Qualification as a lift guard (w/m/d)
• Knowledge/training in the field of fire protection flaps and fire protection technology
