The LebensWerkstatt for people with disabilities e.V. is the leading social enterprise for people with mental disabilities in adulthood in the Heilbronnn-Franken region. We work with about 750 employees at nine locations from Heilbronn to Crailsheim in the fields of work, promotion, education and living. About 1,500 people with mental disabilities are supported by us in the self-designed participation in social life.

For the new opening of our conveyor area Heilbronn (Ludwigsburger Straße) and the existing conveyor area Heilbronn (Lämlinstraße) we are now looking for

Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

unlimited in full or part-time (at least 80%).

The team management tasks are taken over in addition to the task as a group management within the scope of a line release. Depending on the qualification and organizational orientation, the team management function is possible together for both locations and locations.

Your duties

as group management:

• Support for people with severe mental and/or physical disabilities in participation in social life and in the medical-care sector
• Design of life-structural, social, work-pedagogical and creative offers
• Implementation, implementation and documentation of a professionally sound participation planning
• Close cooperation and regular exchange with supervisors, relatives and cooperation partners

as team leader:

• Support for the City of Heilbronn department management in economic, staff and investment planning
• Resolution of new recordings in cooperation with the social service
• Responsibility for the planning and documentation of services and for the preparation of the required reports in cooperation with the relevant management manager*in
• Participation in personnel procurement and selection and implementation of disciplinary measures
• Technical coordination of employees in coordination with the Head of the City of Heilbronn
• Implementation of holiday and personnel deployment planning (order of the service plan)

Your profile

(m/w/d), Senior Caregiver (m/w/d), Senior Caregiver (m/w/d), Senior Caregiver (m/w/d) or Senior Caregiver (m/w/d) ideally with a management training e.g. as a specialist or social economist (m/w/d)

• High motivation and joy in working with people with disabilities who have an extended need for support and care
• Organizational talent and willingness to take responsibility
• Secure handling of MS Office products and a standard software for client management
• A positive attitude to the Christian-diaconical mission
