Over the entire lifecycle, you develop modern applications on the Jakarta EE-based backend platform. Their work is characterised by an agile working method based on quality and continuous development. In addition, the creation of specifications, technical advice and tasks in 3rd level support are part of your responsibility. As part of a multi-site team, you work hybridly and actively participate in team culture. In addition to the functional requirements, you also pay attention to the scalability, performance and ease of maintenance of the applications. In a medium-term step, you may assume the role of the technical product owner and lead a squad of 6-10 colleagues.

With a degree in an MINT course or comparable IT training, you have the necessary theoretical basis. At least 5 years of professional experience in Jakarta or Spring development characterize your career. As a technical lead or senior developer, you have already significantly shaped development processes and place particular emphasis on quality, stability and performance in the DevOps context. Your in-depth knowledge of our TechStack (Jakarta EE, Linux, Git, REST, Maven, Docker, React) as well as your experience in dealing with databases (DB/2, NoSQL) complete your technical expertise.
