Be part of our dynamic and motivated team and work together with us on individual solutions for the challenges of the energy transition. In the Focus Market Germany, you will take an exciting role in the development of energy solutions for decarbonization with the focus on contracting and development of investment projects. Your responsibilities are: Analysis of the dynamic market for industrial customer solutions and identification of new opportunities and challenges with the focus areas East Germany and Bavaria/Baden-Württemberg Development of and close cooperation with customers: to offer tailor-made solutions and to lead successful contract negotiations Development and control of regional or sectoral business plans Result-oriented responsibility with focus on revenue growth and profit maximisation

Your academic training (e.g. in the field of engineering or economics) and your multi-year professional experience in the distribution of contracting solutions - preferably for the energy-intensive industry - enables you to contribute quickly to the success of the company and ensure it. Your team-oriented thinking and working methods are yours. We are also very happy about your following skills and characteristics: Your high market and customer orientation with a hand-on mentality Your enthusiasm and commitment to actively promote decarbonisation in industry Your understanding of business models in industry and your energy know-how Your sales experiences in the priority regions Your communication strength in German and English as well as the readiness to travel abroad
