Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden As Senior Manager Process Engineering IMP/WET (w/m/div.) run the IMP/WET process group for fully automated wafer production in the clean room and build the area further. The group develops and maintains the production processes of the implant and wet chemical plants. You are responsible for the process technology and for reaching dates such as Ready for Production (RfP). Your team continuously (24/7) ensures that the specified parameters are maintained. The requirements for achieving the factory targets are successfully implemented, define the group-internal control and identify deviations before showing this effectiveness. Quality, cost and utilisation goals are an incentive for CIP processes. You are not satisfied with the achievements, but are attempting to achieve the optimum in terms of quality and economic aspects and actively promote topics such as performance enhancement and cost efficiency. Together with your team, make sure that all plant and process parameters are monitored, reported and maintained. Deviations lead to countermeasures defined by you.

Education: Completion as an engineer, graduate engineer/in, master or PhD in semiconductor technology, chemistry, physics, process/production technology or a comparable degree programme experience and know-how: broad knowledge of the 300mm semiconductor production with relevant leadership experience; very good knowledge of production control, production planning, process engineering, process engineering and maintenance. At least five years of industrial experience are required Personality: motivating, team-capable, durable, binding and strong communication. You have a high degree of self-reflection and self-guidement, a very pronounced customer orientation and the “Sense of Urgency” as well as the willingness to participate in occasional business trips Working methods: independent, self-responsible operation; result-oriented working style; joy in guiding and designing; focus on the highest reliability and achievement of the factory targets; pronounced cost awareness Languages: very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
