Project Controller Strategic Building Development Planning

The Städtische Klinikum Karlsruhe is the largest hospital in the Middle Rhine region. It is shown in the hospital plan of the state of Baden-Württemberg as a house of maximum care for the region and the teaching hospital of the University of Freiburg. Day by day and around the clock, over 4,900 qualified employees ensure the care of patients.

The Department of Central Tasks in the Infrastructure division bundles the divisions Contracts and Procurements (VgV/UVgO), Contracts and Contracts Construction, the Business Unit Controlling and the Economic Planning and Package Funding including Quality Assurance and Strategic Construction Planning. The Strategic Building Development Planning Division creates the strategic basis according to the requirements of the integrated development planning (e.g. medical concept / strategic focus) of the management for the location and/or Development of individual projects. In cooperation with the GB-Controlling and economic planning, the development and testing of project applications and the support for the establishment of the business plan are also carried out. For the Strategic Building Development Planning department, we are looking for a project controller* in full time with 39 hours per week at the next time.

Participation in the integrated development planning of the management in the area of cost calculations and financing modelling for the location as well as in the development of individual projects and large equipment planning Participation in the establishment of the business plan Development, derivation and support of the project management of demanding construction projects focusing on cost and financial planning as well as controlling Project controlling in SAP S/4HANA (Modul PS) and internal programs Monthly reporting of relevant key figures for optimal management of projects and essential processes Support of project leaders in achieving project objectives Expert contact for consultation in the projects Topical project cooperation in special topics such as benchmarks or cost-saving measures

Complete study of the business administration, the controlling or a comparable degree programme Professional experience in project controlling, ideally in complex project environments Knowledge of cost, budget and forecast planning Embossed knowledge and skills in the MS Office, in particular Excel skills (e.g. pivot evaluations, complex formulas and formatting) are desirable Very good SAP knowledge in module PS, ideal in S/4HANA Knowledge of funding and public financing structures is advantageous Joy of independent, creative and flexible aging, even with increased work and fun in dealing with and for people An independent, structured and result-oriented way of working, combined with pragmatism and a high degree of loadability Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Representative team and communication skills, sense of responsibility and service as well as the ability to constructively interact with different professional groups Very good organizational skills and high flexibility and durability Strategic-analytical and conceptual thinking capacity as well as readiness for continuous training
