Creating fascinating: Your Tasks Professional and disciplinary leadership, motivation and further development of the team in the incoming inspection of goods and ensuring efficient and targeted cooperation Planning, control and prioritization of all test tasks while ensuring a timely implementation Ensuring compliance with quality standards, test specifications and test plans to ensure high product quality Evaluation of materials and components as well as independent decision on release or blocking Analysis of quality deviations, introduction of appropriate corrective measures and consistent follow-up of implementation Continuous further development and optimization of testing processes in the context of improvement initiatives (KVP) Participation in the evaluation of suppliers and support to ensure high supplier quality Monitoring internal and external audits and ensuring the implementation of the measures derived therefrom

Bringing strengths: your qualifications Successfully completed training in the industrial-technical field (e.g. metal, mechanical engineering or tool construction), ideally complemented by a further training to master or state-tested technicians or a technical study Multiannual professional experience in quality management as well as sound knowledge in handling ERP, CAQ and other quality-relevant IT systems Experience in leadership and further development of employees and the ability to steer and develop teams in a targeted manner Impressed sense of responsibility and a structured, analytical and result-oriented way of working Decision strength and enforcement in a challenging quality environment Communication strength, team capacity and value-assuring and binding cooperation across interfaces Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Use space: your advantages You take over an exciting leadership role in a challenging and future-relevant environment and actively contribute to the further development of structures, processes and solutions within Liebherr Defense Germany GmbH.
