ENF BFY GmbH is a production site with around 100 employees in the Bavarian town of Faulbach. The focus of production is on the production of protein, fruit and nut bars. Since 2023, ENF BFY has been part of the Ferrero Group. With 39 brands sold in more than 170 countries, this is one of the world's largest confectionery companies (Sweet Packaged Food). Ferrero is already in third generation and is still in family ownership. Manager (m/d)

Location: Faulbach Start date: now varied activity in interdisciplinary team with diverse requirements in all aspects of site maintenance Planning, control, control and optimization of reactive and preventive maintenance activities Guidance and further development of a group of persons in the multilayer system Vulnerability analysis and remediation, in particular with regard to occupational safety and plant availability Participation in the creation, introduction and compliance of corporate standards and procedures Monitoring and coordination of the economic use of in- and external resources Participation or implementation of maintenance and investment projects Support in planning, compliance and revision of the maintenance budget

Successfully completed training in a recognized metal or electrical profession with training as master, state-tested technicians or certified technical specialist (w/m/d) multiannual experience in personnel management and employee development safe handling of MS Office applications very good German and good English skills strong problem solving skills in the team high communication and enforcement capability as well as flexibility and readiness to use Ability to take responsibility for compliance with safety rules Model function for a safety culture in the field of action Compliance with hygiene and environmental regulations
