Control and coordination of construction and real estate projects from planning to key transfer Ensuring costs, dates and quality Coordination of internal departments and external partners such as planning offices, specialist planners and construction companies Support for tendering and awarding of construction and planning services Central contact person for all project participants and ensuring structured project communication Examination of planning stalls, monitoring the execution and support of the quality implementation at the construction site Early detection of project risks and development of suitable control and optimization measures Ensuring the economic, technical and organisational achievement of the project objectives

Complete study of architecture or a comparable qualification Projektmanager (m/w/d) or Projektmanager Immobilien (m/w/d) Knowledge of tendering, procurement, planning, construction management and ideally TGA Secure understanding of economic and technical relationships as well as costs, dates and quality Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation
