To the next possible date we are looking for a

• Maintenance, maintenance and repair of production equipment and production equipment in the series production of lock cylinders
• Ensuring high plant availability in compliance with quality, time and safety requirements
• Analysis and elimination of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic disturbances
• Production, adaptation and optimization of components and assemblies
• Work with modern manufacturing technologies, in particular:
• Wire eroding
• grinding
• Turning and milling (conventional and CNC)
• Welding
• Participation in the continuous improvement of manufacturing and maintenance processes
• Documentation of maintenance and repair work
• Close cooperation with production, quality assurance and technology

Your profile: (m/w/d), industrial mechanic (m/w/d), manufacturing mechanic (m/w/d), machining mechanic (m/w/d), or a comparable qualification

• Multiannual professional experience in the maintenance of production facilities, ideal in series production
• Good technical understanding and high precision and quality orientation
• Knowledge in:
• Hydraulics and pneumatics
• Mechanical machining and assembly
• Experience in handling modern manufacturing technologies and machine controls
• Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented work
• Teamability, Reliability and Responsibility, Hands-on-Mentiality
