Develop approaches to the active design of the transformation – the focus is on communication at the site at Untertürkheim as part of the Powertrain production network. Untertürkheim produces drives for all Mercedes-Benz vehicles worldwide as the control unit of Mercedes-Benz in the power train network. The Team Transformation & Location Communication Untertürkheim is responsible for transformation topics at Untertürkheim. In addition, also responsible for internal communication as well as the planning and implementation of site events. If you bring passion for the design, design and implementation of media as well as innovative communication concepts, you are right with us! As a team member, you actively work on the design, implementation and control of the transformation and communication processes. These are your tasks: Conception, design and implementation of online media and print media: You develop and realize creative designs for different media formats

Planning and implementation of video production and subsequent video editing: You are responsible for creating and editing video content

Ideas development & implementation of new communication concepts: You bring fresh ideas and implement innovative communication strategies

Creating and adapting layout and ensuring CI guidelines: You make sure that all designs comply with corporate identity policies

Close cooperation with cross-departmental teams: You work closely with different teams to successfully implement projects

Support for events: You help with the organization, planning and implementation of event formats

Appealing design of presentations and texts: You create visually appealing presentations and communicatively accompany the transformation initiatives at Untertürkheim site for different target groups

The mandatory practice can begin from February 2026.

You are currently enrolled in a degree program in the field of communication design, psychology, social sciences, organizational development, communication sciences or a comparable degree You have first practical experiences, ideally through projects or previous internships You bring creativity and innovation You are interested in creating media content, such as video production, editing and photography You have knowledge of very good MS Office skills and are familiar with design software like Adobe Creative Suite Personal skills you should bring: You have pronounced social, method and communication skills You have very good presentation and moderation skills You bring conceptual skills and organizational talent You are open and sensitive You have fun in cultural topics as well as intercultural competence You have excellent communication and team skills Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
