Further development of a small team of specialist specialists within the technical management Responsibility for the further development of standardization and quality management in the field of technical building equipment Participation BIM/CAD team as professional support in the creation and development of templates and standards Accompanying the digitalization process Planning Working with Quality-Gates for Quality Assurance Support for operational areas in technical issues as well as in company-wide quality assurance Responsibility for the creation of reports, guides, work instructions, tools and evaluations to support the core technical processes in the company

Successfully completed degree or master's degree in the field of technical building equipment (supply technology, building technology, mechanical engineering/space air technology) or comparable degree programme Multiannual professional experience in planning and project management in the field of mechanics/space air technology Experience in technical leadership of technical teams desirable Very good expertise of relevant standards, standards, legal requirements Good knowledge of BIM methodology and CAD systems Embossed team and communication skills Self-employed and structured work Open to new tasks and technology trends and their implementation in the company
