Crisis & Resilience Manager (m/f/d)

· Development and control of the Group-wide programs for Business Continuity Management (BCM), Crisis Management and Security Risk Management. · Development and harmonisation of standards, guidelines and governance structures taking into account regulatory requirements. · Implementation of Business Impact Analyses, Risk and Threat Analyses, and derivation of appropriate resilience and risk mitigation measures. · Development and maintenance of business continuity, emergency and crisis management processes to ensure business continuity. · Planning and implementation of crisis rod, emergency and BCM exercises as well as active cooperation in crisis bars and support in the management of real crisis and event situations. · Establishment of layer images, early warning mechanisms and reporting structures for management and relevant stakeholders. · Advising national and international companies as well as relevant departments in all matters of corporate resilience. · Conception and implementation of training, awareness and awareness-raising measures and audit support.

· Successfully completed studies focusing on safety, risk, crisis or economic management or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience. · Multiannual professional experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM), Crisis Management, Security Risk Management, Corporate Security or a comparable governance or resilience function. · Knowledge of relevant standards, frameworks and regulatory requirements in the BCM environment, risk management and corporate resilience. · Experience in the implementation and development of BCM, crisis management or risk management processes, including Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and Risk Analysis. · Embossed analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured, pragmatic and project-oriented way of working. · High self-initiative, implementation strength and sense of responsibility as well as the ability to safely advise and convince different stakeholders. · High resilience, decision strength and safe action even in crisis and exceptional situations. · Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing and willingness to occasional national and international missions. · Relevant training or certifications in the field of business continuity management, crisis management, risk management or corporate security are desirable.
