Bioburden & sterility tests: microbiological purity tests and determination of the total number of germs according to the pharmacopoeia (Ph. Eur. / USP) and ISO 11737 Environmental monitoring: implementation and evaluation of germ count determinations in clean rooms (clamping plates, air germ measurement) Classical analysis: membrane filtration, plating, incubation and the subsequent colony counting (KBE) and germ identification (e.g. via MALDI-TOF) GMP documentation: Vulnerable, GMP-compliant detection of all test results and cooperation in deviation analyses (OOS) Laboratory organization: preparation of nutrient media as well as care and qualification of laboratory equipment

Education: Successfully completed training as BTA, MTA, LTA, Biology Laboratory (m/w/d) or a corresponding study (biology/microbiology) Experience: Ideally professional experience in microbiology in the regulated environment (GMP / GLP / ISO 17025) dedicated professional beginners are also welcome Working methods: High quality awareness, reliability in documentation and precise and structured working methods Languages: Good knowledge of German in word and writing; solid English skills are beneficial
