For a company in the field of plastic processing in the Creglinen area, we are looking for a machine operator for plastic injection molding (m/w/d).

It's waiting for you

• You support our modern plastic injection moulding machines when changing complex injection moulding tools and align our modern injection moulding machines together with experienced colleagues – including start-up after setting all process parameters.
• Together with quality assurance, you carry out the process release after the series start and make sure everything goes smoothly.
• Process disorders you recognize early, fix them step by step and develop solutions for long-term trouble prevention.
• You accompany new products from sampling to series ripening and work closely with application technology.
• After the series start, you will teach our machine operators process-specific and build through training – e.g. to the “audited funnel” – your know-how is constantly expanding until you complete the tasks of a funnel.

That's what you bring

• You are technically interested, have already completed a training in the technical field or want to restart as cross-enterers and develop professionally and personally.
• In the best case, you already know common quality standards and have experience with machine controls such as Krauss Maffei or Engel.
• Ideally, you bring first practice in handling handling handling equipment and have already worked with an MES system.
• The willingness to work in the 3-shift system is yours – because flexibility is yours.
