For an established, medium-sized company of technical building equipment in the Karlsruhe area, we are looking for an experienced management personality that is responsible for the operational project business in the plants heating, ventilation and sanitation and further develops the technical team.

A personality that combines technical competence with entrepreneurial thinking is sought to make decisions and also remains close to the operational events in demanding projects.

Total operational responsibility: You are responsible for the technical and operational execution of all projects in the plants heating, ventilation and sanitation Management and employee development: You lead and develop the technical staff and executives, in particular team and project managers, construction managers and assembly staff Project management: You monitor current projects in terms of quality, dates, resources and technical execution and support challenging challenges Organization and Economics: You ensure efficient work preparation, construction site organization and technical documentation and continuously optimize processes, productivity and project management Strategic cooperation: You work closely with the management as well as the commercial and technical business sectors and actively shape the further development of the project business

Finded HLS experience: You have several years of professional experience in the construction engineering equipment and bring a broad technical understanding in the structures of heating, ventilation and sanitary with Operational project experience: You know the handling of demanding HLS projects from your own practice and are familiar with construction site organization, work preparation, assembly processes and resource planning Management competence: You have already managed employees or operational teams, such as senior project managers, team leaders, department managers or operational managers, and understand how to develop people professionally and personally Economic understanding: You have experience in economic project management and always keep in mind costs, dates, quality and project results Personality and working methods: You convince by entrepreneurial thinking, a structured and solution-oriented approach and a clear, value-aware and practical guiding style
