We are looking for PreZero Stiftung & Co. KG

You analyze and evaluate our international HR service processes - from onboarding and offboarding to time management and pay billing. You are actively driving digitization by unraveling lean, user-centred target processes and accompanying the rollout of modern tools (e.g. ServiceNow, SAP HCM, SuccessFactors). You make sure that all workflows meet the legal and collective requirements and define globally valid standards. As a central hub, you work closely with IT experts and international HR teams to harmonize processes across countries as possible. You create inspiring documentation and coach users to ensure smooth integration of new processes into everyday work.

You have well-founded professional experience in process analysis and optimization, ideally focusing on HR services, payroll or time management. You are safe to use digital HR systems (ideally SAP HCM, SuccessFactors or workflow tools like ServiceNow). You think structured, work in a solution-oriented manner and like to take the initiative to master complex challenges. You can convey complex facts precisely and according to target groups in German and English. A completed study (e.g. BWL, Business Informatics) or a comparable qualification forms your basis.
