You are responsible for the collection and complete processing of national and international product complaints according to the respective current regulatory regulations, including monitoring and coordination of the further course In doing so, clarify the complaint background in cooperation with the external service, customers, suppliers and specialist departments After appropriate training, you can identify potentially reporting incidents and forward them to the Vigilance team You produce comments for customers and/or employees You work with internal and external audits You work on the continuous optimization of processes and processes in complaint management Your tasks include participation in project work You are a specialist and contact person for other departments and interfaces
