Central practical guidance and teacher (m/f/d)

You plan, organize, document and evaluate the practical training of the medical technologists to be trained for laboratory analysis (MTL). You lead MTLs to be trained as part of practical training in the laboratory areas of the UKB and its cooperation partners. You conduct learning needs, funding and feedback talks. You assess the professional competence of trainees. You work on the interconnection of theory and practice in the context of the course planning as well as the specific design of the laboratory-specific training plans. You coordinate the cooperation of the practical areas of application and the MTL school. You are involved in the design and implementation of modern testing methods according to MTAPrV 2021 and are part of the examination commission in the practical examinations of the MTL final exam. You independently plan, maintain and evaluate competence- and action-oriented theoretical and practical teaching in the module system. You constantly develop your pedagogical and laboratory skills.

Completed training as medical technologist*in for laboratory analysis (MTL) Professional experience, preferably in the field of histology/cytology Master's degree in an educational course (e.g. medical education, vocational education) Competent requirement for proof of the annual educational training required for practical starters Sensitivity in dealing with young people Joy in accompanying and supporting learning and development processes Extensive capacity for structured thinking, analysis, layout, design and implementation of educational processes at the practical learning site (departments of the UKB and its cooperation partners)
