Own-responsible implementation of inspections, maintenance and testing of building equipment in the area of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitation (HKLS) Continuous analysis and rapid elimination of technical disturbances Implementation of repairs and repair work on technical installations Support and support of technical operations at the customer's premises Ensuring reliable and efficient plant operation

Complete technical training, e.g. as plant mechanic HKLS / SHK plant mechanic / mechatronic for refrigeration / central heating and ventilation engineer / gas and water installer / heating engineer Professional experience in building technology or in technical building management is an advantage – professionals are also welcome Self-employed, reliable and service-oriented operation Joy in working in the team and in direct customer contact German knowledge of at least C1 level Class B driving licence is desirable
