As a private customer advisor*in, you will be responsible for your own customer base in all areas of need of cooperative advice. You enter the goals of the customers assigned to you and submit solutions based on an analysis of the individual financial and living situation. You represent us outside and make our high consulting skills and our entrepreneurial values achievable. Your role in our team – here you will help: You serve private customers in the upscale private customer segment with a wealth of up to 250,000 euros and build a trusted customer relationship.

You will advise your customers in the fields of demand liquidity, assets, security and precaution – if necessary, you will be able to attract specialized colleagues from the bank or affiliate.

In the field of securities consulting, your housekeeping includes certificates, funds, DZ bank bonds and asset management.

You identify possible customer needs and maintain contact with your customers through their own initiative.

You edit inquiries about credit and girocards, assist with the use of online banking and contribute to the operational master data maintenance (release, address data, authorisations, etc.).

You actively accompany your customers in the use of our digital services and use all communication channels available to you for customer advice (including phone and video).

You process the payment transactions of your customers (disposition, early risk recognition, transfers, permanent orders, etc.).

Your profile – this will bring you: You own at least. 2 years of professional experience in the holistic financial consulting (including securities and insurance products) of private customers – ideally with their own customer base.

You interact in writing and orally safe in German (mind. C1).

You have a strong passion for financial advice and it is easy for you to recognize and use potentials. You are actively pursuing the achievement of your sales goals.

You meet your counterpart at eye level, interested and appreciated. In the individual situations of your customers (emotions, motifs, etc.), you can easily get involved.

You create social relationships through active listening, are able to identify the wishes and needs of your customers and take into account them in your advice.

You communicate clearly, understandably and according to target groups.

You are structuring your tasks and your daily work. It is easy for you to take into account the deadlines to be observed, to identify the urgency and to set priorities.

You are ready to actively shape the changes in the banking sector and are open to new ones.
