• Your main area of responsibility lies in the telephone care and development of existing and new customer relationships.

• They are an important interface to other departments and work closely with them.

• You are responsible for the implementation and documentation of quote and price updates.

• You are planning and preparing customer appointments.

• They support the organization of sales and customer events.

• You have completed commercial training or are ambitious cross-enterers (m/w/d)

• They bring first experience in the fields of customer service or sales.

• They convince with a service-oriented appearance and targeted communication on the phone as well as joy in dealing with customers.

• Reliable professional experience in the field of forwarding and logistics are of advantage, however, not a must.
