With your sense of market potential, sales strength and regional unity, you actively contribute to the expansion of our real estate business and help our customers as a reliable contact person throughout the entire switching process.

Your duties Acquisition and placement of real estate You acquire and convey residential and commercial properties as well as agricultural areas and accompany sales and rental processes professionally and service-oriented. Customer support and advice You serve our customers throughout the entire process – from the first consultation to the visit to the conclusion of the contract and notary appointment. Evaluation and presentation of objects You evaluate real estate, perform object visits and present real estate according to target groups and appealing. Marketing and sales activities You implement marketing and sales promotion measures, identify sales opportunities and actively attract new customers. Administrative and organisational tasks You take over administrative activities related to customer care, create energy statements and ensure careful documentation of the processes. Representation of our house You represent our bank in the public and maintain a trusting network in the region.

Your profile Completed training as a bank businessman/wife, real estate businessman/wife or comparable qualification Multiannual sales experience, ideally in real estate and credit business Embossed acquisition, communication and negotiation strength Good sense of market potential and customer needs Self-employed, committed and flexible working methods Contact, enforcement and safe occurrence High team and cooperation capability
