Do you want to collaborate in the project “Agency of the Future” in the future of our sales, develop innovative applications and improve processes? We continuously develop and optimize all sales and sales processes and ensure that sales can use the latest applications and implement sales campaigns directly.

You work in a strategic-analytical, cross-group project at Allianz Consulting and Sales-AG. In doing so, you gradually take on your own task packages in project management and coordination with our various interfaces You develop and analyze decision-relevant information, formulate concepts and guide strategic solutions for top management. You accompany the design and development of the rollout and support the project management in the implementation in sales. You also support the development of project, presentation documents and decision templates.

Studies (Bachelor/Master) of the Department of Economics, Project Management or the like. Embossed communication and team skills. Analytical and conceptual skills. First practical experience in the field of project management, insurance or sales. Target-oriented, structured and independent mode of operation with high performance standards. Negotiating German knowledge, good English skills and very good knowledge in handling MS-Office products (especially Power Point). Personal willingness to work into new agile methods.
