Turnkey school building

The site can be occupied at our location Bochum, Monheim am Rhein or Cologne (Hürth). You have successfully completed your studies in civil engineering or architecture (m/w/d) have completed an apprenticeship with a further training to the technician/master (m/w/d) and developed accordingly. You have been able to earn several years of professional experience either in the project management, the superstructure management or construction management of turnkey projects in a general company or in the general contractor business Very good knowledge in the areas of scheduling, cost controlling, VOB and contracting form the basis for your activity They have an authentic, competent and sovereign appearance before business partners, employees and other project participants You can master the German language in word and writing.
