We are currently looking for our Wuppertal site for the next possible entry Engineer/Environmental Engineer/Construction Engineer (m/w/d) for Infrastructure Engineering with a focus on sound and vibration protection

As part of our team, you quickly take responsibility in challenging projects and actively contribute to the development of innovative approaches. Your tasks are versatile and exciting: Sound and vibration emission protection: You work on projects in the field of sound and vibration emission protection on traffic routes as well as in construction-related emissions – especially in renowned large-scale projects in the West German region or throughout the entire federal territory. Measurements and analyses: You prepare noise and vibration measurements, perform them, analyze and evaluate the results. Data processing and modelling: You process geodata and start sound engineering calculation models. Forecasts and assessments: You will start noise emission forecasts and carry out sound-technical assessments within the scope of approval procedures. Sound protection concepts: You develop sound emission and conflict plans as well as concepts for managing noise conflicts. Wide range of tasks: You also deal with other immission protection topics such as air pollutants, light and electromagnetic fields. Advice at eye level: You are available to affected persons, authorities and specialist planners as competent contact persons and participate in public relations in the field of Immission Protection.

Successful completion of a natural or engineering studies (Bachelor/Master/Dipl.) e.g. environmental engineering, engineering acoustics, civil engineering, physics, geosciences, geography, geoinformatics, geophysics, meteorology or a comparable study programme. If you are happy to work with our clients independently and competently and to show your commitment and reliability, you can look forward to exciting development opportunities. You are happy to bring experience in the handling of acoustic measurement technology or vibration measurement technology and knowledge in relevant standards and guidelines. You have a sense of responsibility, communication skills, a good understanding and an independent and structured way of working. But above all, you want interdisciplinary work, curiosity on changing tasks and a high degree of motivation. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least on C1 level).
