For our renowned customer in Köngen we are looking for Specialists for After Sales

ACTIVITIES:

• Direct communication and contact persons of our customers Contract-related topics
• Implementation of high customer satisfaction through targeted service and consulting quality
• complete and independent order processing, and
• Accounting in ERP System SAP R/3
• Own-responsible supply for maintenance and Service orders
• Data maintenance, customer master files and order data maintenance in the ERP System SAP R/3
• Active tracking of orders and offers
• Adoption of complaints and warranties
• Close cooperation with the after sales service team and the Service technicians
• Participation in the continuous improvement of our Service processes
• Takeover of general office work and administrative work Tasks

SIE BRINGEN WITH:

• successfully completed training in a commercial Occupation
• Professional experience in After Sales and Technical support are of advantage
• User knowledge required in MS Office
• User knowledge of SAP R/3 mandatory
• Embossed customer orientation and secure and targeted communication
• Flowing German and good English knowledge in word and writing
