• Plant operation: Operation, monitoring and control of our production facilities in the 4-shift system and independent correction of process deviations via the process control system (PLS)
• Document & Quality: Conduct of sampling and in-process controls including simple laboratory analyses, maintenance and repair work and cleaning measures
• Maintenance & fault management: Detection, elimination and prevention of malfunctions to ensure smooth and efficient plant operation
• Transport: Loading and unloading of raw, operating and auxiliary materials and finished products

• Education and experience: Successfully completed technical training, e.g. as a specialist in food technology (m/w/d), brewer/mälzer (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. First experiences in the production environment are of advantage – beginners are welcome
• Learning: Motivation to learn new things, as well as the willingness to work into the operation of our production facilities and the process control system (PLS) on the computer
• Personal competencies: Ready-to-use, structured and careful working, flexibility and communication and team skills
