Our technology and warranty team is responsible for the technical warranty and repair processing for various internal clients in the German market.

Own-responsible audit and assessment of the damage and the granting of complex repair releases according to the specified competence matrix

Claims on invoices and other escalation cases

The processing is carried out in coordination with the Mercedes-Benz Leasing Germany, the Mercedes-Benz Insurance and the respective contract workshops

Ideally, you bring the following: Master*in in motor mechanics / mechatronics or bodywork

Multiannual professional experience internal or comparable professional experience (e.g. service consultantin / accident workerin)

High IT affinity
