You advise our specialists and executives and the HR colleagues on matters of labour law and take over the independent processing of personal and labour law topics. This includes: Processing and supervision of labour law and personnel measures in coordination with the departments and the works council, taking into account the company, collective agreements and legal regulations Processing of individual personal measures, certificates, exhortations and contracts Independently responsible clarification of legal issues, incidents and measures also in cooperation with external lawyers Continuous seizure, cross-site standardization and further development of our policies and processes with regard to current jurisdiction and legislative changes

Successfully completed training Multiannual professional experience in operational personnel work ideally with the focus on labour law Knowledge of the right to work and work Safe handling of Office 365 knowledge in SAP/HR is desirable High service orientation and pronounced social competence as well as team skills Consultancy competence and communication strength as well as negotiation security for different partners Structured, independent and solution-oriented work Reliability and great pleasure in working in the team
